Use cases

Three worked examples. The prompts are suggestions; rephrase freely.

Build a sourcing shortlist for a new program

Goal: a defensible shortlist for a Phase 2 sterile injectable, US manufacturing preferred.

  1. Open Match in your workspace and start a new conversation.
  2. Send: We're sourcing a CDMO for a Phase 2 sterile injectable, small molecule, roughly 50,000 vials per batch. US-based facilities preferred. Lyophilization is required.
  3. Answer any clarifying questions (for example, whether non-US sites are acceptable).
  4. Read the ranked recommendation: check the weight profile badge and each candidate's breakdown.
  5. Refine: Drop anyone with a recent warning letter and re-rank.
  6. Click Generate a full report and download the PDF for your sourcing team.

Due diligence on one CDMO

Goal: understand a single company you're already considering.

  1. Start a conversation and ask: Summarize this company's capabilities, facilities, and certifications.
  2. Follow with: What is their FDA inspection and compliance history? Any 483s or warning letters?
  3. Then: What do verified reviewers say about quality and communication?
  4. Click the company name in any recommendation to open its full PharmFindr listing and verify the details yourself.

Compare your finalists

Goal: choose between two or three finalists.

  1. Start a conversation and name them: Compare these three for a commercial-stage oral solid dosage program.
  2. Ask Match to put them through a recommendation so each gets a score and breakdown on the same criteria.
  3. Generate a report. The Comparison Checklist puts capabilities, certifications, compliance, and ratings in one table, with the strongest value highlighted in each comparable row.
  4. Share the PDF, or keep the report in your workspace's Reports list for the next review.
