Billing and quota

Match is paid-only; there's no free tier. How you pay depends on whether you use it personally or through an organization.

Personal plan

PlanPrice
Match Monthly$10 / month
Match Yearly$100 / year (two months free, "Save $20")

Subscribe from Billing in the console sidebar while in your Personal workspace. Choose a plan, and you'll enter your card on Stripe's secure checkout page. There's no separate "add a card" step.

After subscribing, the Billing page shows your plan, its status, and the date through which you have access, plus:

  • Payment method & billing history — opens Stripe's hosted billing portal, where you can update your card and see invoices.
  • Cancel subscription — see below.
  • Resume subscription — appears once you've cancelled and is available until the period ends.
If a payment fails

Match access is paused until you update your payment method. Use Payment method & billing history to fix it and access is restored.

Cancelling a personal plan

Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for. The page then shows Cancelled with the date access ends. Change your mind before then and click Resume subscription.

Organization billing

Organizations are post-paid: an Owner attaches a card once, enables Match, and the organization is billed at the end of each month for what was actually used. There's no checkout per product. See Match for organizations for the setup steps.

Organization pricing is set by agreement with PharmFindr; contact us for details. The monthly bill covers two things: members who had Match quota available at any point in the billing period (this is about access, not activity, so a member whose limit was removed mid-month still counts for that month), and the AI usage the organization consumed.

The charge is made automatically to the card on file as a Stripe invoice. If a charge fails, it's retried rather than dropped. The organization's Billing tab shows a status such as Active, Past due, No card attached, or Needs reassignment.

The Cost Explorer tab gives a full breakdown of what the current period will cost.

Billing responsibility

Each organization has one person responsible for billing. An Owner can Transfer billing responsibility to any other Owner from the Billing tab. That person can't be removed or demoted while responsible. If they're deactivated through directory sync instead, the status flips to Needs reassignment and the remaining Owners are emailed so someone can take it over.

Disabling Match

Disable Match on the Billing tab ends access for the organization immediately, unlike a personal subscription. You're billed afterward for the time Match was on that month.

Owners can open View payment method & billing history (Stripe's billing portal) at any time.

Quota

Quota is how much Match you can use, measured in AI tokens, shown as a percentage left.

Personal quota

You get one shared weekly pool. Different models use different amounts of it: a message on a lower-cost model uses a smaller share than the same message on a more expensive one, and switching models mid-conversation draws on the same pool. The pool resets automatically each week.

Organization quota

Your allowance comes from the limits your admin created (see Match for organizations). You see a This week and/or This month bar for each period that applies to you.

Reading the quota bar

  • The bar shows the percentage remaining; it turns amber under 30% and red under 15%.
  • At 0% you'll see No quota available with a link to subscribe (personal) or a note to contact your admin (organization).
  • View usage lists tokens in, tokens out, and requests by model for Today, This week, This month, or All time. Some tokens may be labelled as "not counted toward quota". Those were used (for example by a failed turn) but didn't reduce your allowance.

What's coming

An MCP add-on, for using Match from tools like Claude Desktop and Cursor, appears on the pricing page as Coming soon. It isn't available yet and its pricing isn't final.
